How can I pay the balance of my booking?
Plenty of options -
Call us and pay by Credit card over the phone (Mastercard or Visa only, sorry we do not accept Diners or Amex)
You can send us a cheque made out to ‘BIG4 Bungalow Park’.
You can pay by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into our account. Please see your confirmation letter for our bank account details or call us. Please state your surname and reservation number in the reference.
Please note that cheques and EFT need to be received more than 1 week prior to arrival.
Balances are due 60 days prior to arrival for all bookings during the Christmas school holidays. For off peak bookings, your balance can be paid on arrival.
Payment plans can be arranged if you would like to pay a small amount every month for example.
Balances for Christmas school holidays are payable in full by the 31 October.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Bookings during the Christmas school holidays may be cancelled but all monies paid are NON refundable. At other times of the year 30 days notice is required, monies will be refunded less an administration fee of $40.00. In the event of Cancellations with less than 30 days notice no refunds are available.
How much are extra adults and kids?
All our standard rates listed are for 1-2 people. Any additional guests are charged per night. Children under 4 years stay free
In cabins: Extras $20 per person per night.
On Sites: Extras $15 per person per night.
Do the Cabins have TV’s and DVD players?
ALL our cabins have digital flat screen TV’s and DVD players. Our Spa Villas, Treetop Spa Lodges and Bungalows all have AUSTAR, there is no Austar in the Cottages .
Are the Cabins Air Conditioned/ Heated?
Our Spa Villas and Treetop Spa Lodges and 11 Bungalows have reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating and ceiling fans. The remaining 7 Bungalows and Cottages have a ceiling fans and heaters.
Do you have disabled facilites?
We have dedicated disabled bathroom facilities.These include a shower, bath and toilet with hand rails.
We also have two Bungalows equipped for those with Special Needs.
Where is the closest boat ramp?
We have our own private boat ramp for guests use only. A fishing license is required to fish in NSW if you are 18 years of age or older. You may purchase one from most fishing stores and service stations.
Where is the closest beach?
Dolphin Point beach (unpatrolled) is approx I kilometer from the Park. Mollymook beach is patrolled during School holidays and weekends. These beaches offer some of the coast’s best surfing. .
Public Transport ?
Local busses operate from the front of our park. Check local time tables. Ask reception timetables.
Where is BIG4 Bungalow Park located?
We are in Burrill Lake on the NSW South Coast, just 5 km south of Ulladulla and 45 minutes north of Batemans Bay. We are approximately 3 hrs drive south of Sydney and 2.5 hours east of Canberra.
Do you allow pets in the Park?
No we do not allow any pets within the Park. Please ask Reception for details of the nearest Kennels – let your dog/cat have a holiday too! Some BIG4 Parks will be accepting Dogs from July 1. We feel that the size and design of our Park prohibits us from joining this program.

What is Check In and Check Out time?
Check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 10am for all sites and accommodation. Remember that the Park Operates on NSW Day Light Saving Time. Early arrivals and late checkouts may be available but you must check with reception on the day prior to your arrival.
What hire equipment do you have?
We hire canoes and pedal boats and an 18 hole Mini Golf course. We also have a full size tennis court and GIANT Jumping Pillow free of charge. In addition, we have a free, in-house DVD library available for use in your cabin or van/tent.
Do you allow open fires within the Park?
No, unfortunately open fires are not permitted in the Park. This includes braziers etc.
What is the parking policy?
The Park has a 1 car per booking policy. All cabins are allocated with one car space. Your car needs to fit within the boundary of your powered or ensuite site at all times. This may mean that you need a larger site or a smaller tarp. Discuss your requirements with reception at time of booking.
We have a security gate at the entrance of the park that restricts access to 1 car only. This ensures the safety of all guests, as well as limiting car numbers to reduce traffic within the park. Extra parking is available just outside the security gate on the park grounds. If you have a boat you may need to decide to park it on your site instead of your car.
Do you have Internet facilities within the Park?
We have an internet kiosk located at Reception. The cost is $6 per hour, or $20 per day.
We also have Tomi Zone wireless internet facilities available for your own laptop. Charges for this are made directly to Tomi Zone on their website.
Do you have a Camp Kitchen. What does it include?
Our Camp Kitchen has a full size fridge, sinks, microwaves, hotplates and BBQ plate, toasters and a kettles.
Do you have BBQ facilities within the Park?
Yes we have 5 undercover BBQ areas with 9 BBQ plates, two on the lakefront and three situated amongst the cabins.
How much does the laundry cost?
The washing machines take 2 x $1 coins. The dryers also take $1 coins.
Can the kids ride bikes and scooters in the Park?
Kids can ride bikes etc as long as they obey our rules. They need to wear a helmet at all times – NO helmet NO ride.
Is the pool heated?
Both our pools are solar heated.
Where are the closest shops?
We sell ice, soft drinks and ice creams and have Swap n’ Go gas. There are corner stores the entrance to the Park, a news agency, Café Brill, IGA and a hairdresser.
We are approx 5 minutes drive to Ulladulla. They have Coles, Aldi, Franklins, Target and specialty shops. There is also a cinema.
Where are the closest Restaurants?
The best Restaurants nearby are in Ulladulla (approx 5 minutes drive) and Milton (approx 15 minutes drive). All cuisines are available from Indian, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Cafes, Seafood and Mexican. The local clubs all offer great value meals and provide a courtesy bus service all year round.
