NSW Government has announced that Bungalow Park is able to reopen from 11th October! This means we can have fully vaccinated people attending the Park.
Please make sure you follow all the requirements specified below by NSW Health and the NSW Government.
In line with the Reopening NSW roadmap the following requirements apply to anyone wishing to make a booking at BIG4 Bungalow Park on Burrill Lake.
Masks are mandatory indoors for anyone 12 years old and over.
Residents from Greater Sydney will be unable to make a booking until 1 November 2021, when it is anticipated that the 80% double dose vaccination target is reached.
A copy of your driver’s licence will be requested at the time of booking and checked by our staff on arrival.
Only fully vaccinated people and those with medical exemptions will be able to make a booking. Your vaccination status will be requested at the time of booking and checked by our staff on arrival.
If you have any visitors during your stay – please ensure that they drop by the office to QR check in and show proof of vaccination.
Compliance will be strictly enforced for the safety of our staff, our guests and any visitors to our parks.

Hire Times for watercraft for park guests are
10.00am to 11.00am
12.00pm to 1.00pm
Last hire is at 2.00pm to 3.00pm
Conditions of Entry to BIG4 Bungalow Park on Burrill Lake
In order to comply with government requirements and to keep both our guests and our staff safe, a condition of entry to our park is that you provide your contact details for contact tracing purposes. If you are not willing to provide this information, we will not be able to accept your booking.
BIG4 Bungalow Park on Burrill Lake is situated just 5km south of Ulladulla on the NSW South Coast...
Just a three hour drive from Sydney, BIG4 Bungalow Park on Burrill Lake is ideally situated in the Shoalhaven region on the South Coast of New South Wales. Set amongst 26 acres of beautifully manicured lawns and gardens, stunning native flora and amazing birdlife, with absolute lake frontage to the beautiful Burrill Lake, and all a mere one kilometre from the Dolphin Point surf beach!
The park is the perfect location to explore the beautiful Shoalhaven region, and offers a variety of accommodation for a relaxing holiday for families, couples and groups who love swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, pedal boating, SUP and relaxing.
We offer a range of accommodation choices from fully self contained three bedroom Spa Villas that comfortably sleep up to eight people, to cozy one bedroom Cottages for short stays or a couple. Our spacious caravan and camping sites cater for all types of caravans, motor homes, camper trailers and tents as well as RV's. Overlooking beautiful Burrill Lake are our waterfront powered sites.
BIG4 Bungalow Park on Burrill Lake is kid heaven with two resort style pools, a giant jumping pillow for bouncing fun, 18 hole mini golf and not one but three childrens playgrounds! During the summer and school holiday periods keep the kids entertained at our fun craft activity sessions. Meet some of the locals at our daily bird feeding or hire a canoe and take a quiet paddle on the lake. Stay a while, relax, enjoy the park facilities and explore this special part of the Shoalhaven South Coast. You too will see why families and holidaymakers have been coming here for over 80 years!
We are approximately 230km south of Sydney (a pleasant and scenic 3 hour drive) and 200km east of Canberra (about a 2.5 hour drive) through the historic townships of Bungendore and Braidwood.
The famous Mollymook Beach and Milton are approximately 15 minutes drive from us.
If you're wild about whales, then during winter take a trip to Greenfield Beach and join a whale watching tour. (approximately 45 minutes drive).
